Sauvignon Blanc is our favorite white wine for regular consumption. This one has wonderful fruit, good balance, complexity and is overall very yummy. We finally made it out to the Yakima Valley wineries and found some wonderful wines - even joined a wine club! I'm enjoying reading your blog and looking forward to some great recos from you.
